Distress Tolerance Module (8 weeks)          $480.00

This module teaches skills to reduce the intensity of emotional distress

 

Emotion Regulation Module (12 weeks)       $720.00

This module teaches skills to effectively regulate emotional responses

 

Interpersonal Effective Module (8 weeks)      $480.00

This module teaches skills to effectively manage relationship issues

 

Full Series (28 weeks)            $1,400.00 ($280 discount)

Payment is due two weeks prior to the beginning of the module to secure a place in group
